Below is Gahan Wilson's "Science Fiction Horror Movie Pocket Computer" from National Lampoon's May 1974 issue, subsequently printed in Best SF: 1974, ed. Harry Harrison and Brian W. Aldiss. Someone on an email list to which I belong mentioned "a chart on how to make a sci-fi movie" and I suspected it was this piece. He sent me a gif of it to make sure we were talking about the same thing and as long as I had the art, I thought I'd share this classic with the rest of you.
